Keeping fish isn't an exact science. They are living things for a start. Plus things vary from county to county in the UK let alone the differences "across the pond" to our friends in the USA and elsewhere. Sometimes you just have to go on gut feeling ....if it works then remember it....if it doesn't make sure you dont do it again.....This and asking around is the best way....if you get problems jump on here and ask....its all subject to opinion.
