How do you change your water?

I personally use a python for most of my w/c's....but of course use the good ole pitcher method for the 10g and smaller tanks.

syphion it into a bucket, then top up with a bucket. so does that count as using them both.

I chose 'other' -

I use my gravel cleaner to act as the syphon and use it to syphon the water into buckets and then I use it to syphon the water back in, as well as to clean the gravel/sand of course!!

Yep, i do it the same, syphon with my gravel vac and have a bit of a hoover round, then run around with buckets till its full up again...just got a mini vac for my betta tanks...works a treat!

I use a regular syphon and a bucket, to get water out.
Then I keep refilling an old 5 litre mineral water bottle and walk to and from the kitchen until the tank is full again.

Quite good exercise really.....

The Python is the only way to go!! I have the added benefit of having well water that is run through a softening system (unless I wanted cichlids). NO chlorine and water nice and soft for my little fishes

Python. It's great but the wife doesn't like it since now the old tank water goes down the drain instead of on her gardens

I love my python!! There is no way you would catch me going back to the bucket brigade.
