I use a regular syphon but sod the buckets, i use two 10 gallon (40 litre) drums to refill the tanks after, filling the 200 one bucket at a time would take hours! With the 200 i just pour the water straight from the drums into the tank (dechlorinated of course) but with the others i have to balance the drums on the top of the tank and syphon it back in.

I have a big top-up tank which i have my RO unit running into with a powerhead pumpin the water round and airating it and a pump to pump it out. oh, and theres a heater in it as well. I just wait till its full and add the remineraliser and just syphon the water straight in to the drain and then pump the new water back in to the tank. most of thetanks get a water change 3 times a week may be more if i get time. some of the larger ones get a 40% weekly one as well.

ste :)
