here is a picture i just took of the little anemone thing. it has not got a stem it is just on the rock it has moved a fraction to the left since i put it in.

i think i have found an aiptesta. what kills them besides joes juice3 as i threw my bottle out after my last marine. will boiling water kill it

take a syringe with needle and inject one ml of what you are using right into the mouth, you have to do it so it doesnt notice you, if youve killed it brown poof of jelly stuff will come out, if you miss it will retract and you will have to wait 30 mins- an hour till it re opens

buy one. you can get them from hardware shops

if you miss it will close up, but as they get bigger over a period of weeks they release spores which settle and create a new anemone

you will kill anything that comes into contact with the boiling water.

do you have a soldering iron? you can poke that right in the middle and cinder it then let it die in the tank

o yes i think my dad does. great i will do it tomorrow thanks for that. there is a big tube on the top of one of my live rocks and a feather duster has just popped out lol. hes still coming out gradually looks like hes got some sort of red paturn on him

i have just seen this on ebay could i use it as a powerhead to add extra flow. would it be too powerful for my tank. my tank is 50 liters

what is wrong with it though would it still do the job. would 3000l/h be too much for my 50 liter tank
