Losing tetras

From your tank photo, I am wondering if you have enough surface agitation to exchange gases in/out of the water. In order to get more oxygen in the water, I would put an airstone in the tank too.
I have a 200 litre tank with a fluval 307 and a fluval mini filter, so I don't think I need an air stone.

Okay, if you have air bubbles from the mini filter or adequate surface agitation. I can't tell by your photo. Also, adding medication to a tank can be an oxygen reducer. Fish going to surface can indicate oxygen issues or other things.

Thanks, I will move the output up nearer the tank surface, same with the mini filter.

Post a video of the sick fish and a picture clearly showing the sick fish.

Established filters should be cleaned at least once a month. If you haven't cleaned it in 2 months, do it now.

Wipe the inside of the glass down, do a big (75%) water change and gravel clean the substrate.

You don't need to remove carbon if using salt. Carbon does not remove salt. Carbon won't help with diseases either so it's pointless adding any. And it's pointless adding salt until we know what is causing the problem.
I've lost the phantom tetra, I'm going to clean the filter, but should I do the water change the same day, I've read you don't do the two in the same day, should I clean the filter today and waterchange tomorrow

Clean the filter and do a big water change and gravel clean the substrate today. Big water changes and cleaning the filter on the same day is fine and doesn't harm anything as long as you don't wash the filter media under tap water and as long as you use dechlorinated water to refill the tank.

Still need decent pictures and video of the sick fish so we can try to figure out why they are dying. Post pictures of the dead fish too.

Sorry I got rid of the dead fish, there was one phantom tetra, one neon black tetra, and one glowlight tetra, I've just finished a filter clean, it was dirty, I thought 2 months would be fine, but not, will clean once per month from now on, 75% water change done new water was same temperature as tank, and Prime added, I usually add plant fertiliser and liquid Catappa, will I still do this, or not.

've had these fish for 9 months, I feed quality flake, Fluval bug bites, one day a week live daphnia, or blood worm, if not available I use frozen daphnia or bloodworm., I have black phantom tetras, green
You were feeding live bloodworms and daphnia? Where did you get the bloodworms? The only bloodworms I feed are Hatari frozen bloodworms; they advertise parasite- and bacteria-free.

Using live bloodworms comes with an increased risk of potential disease and sickness for the fish that eat them.

I would not be feeding any live foods until you get this sorted out. A bad batch of live food could be the culprit.

Thanks for that, did think about that, from now on I will only use frozen.

After cleaning the filter and a 75% water change I thought things were ok, but this morning I have another phantom tetra, swimming at the top of the tank, seems to be gulping for air, I fed frozen daphnia but its not eating, if its like the others it will be dead tomorrow, I did a water test yesterday, and all is fine, temperature is good, and filter flow is good, I can't understand why my other different kinds of fish are unaffected,it appears to be only tetras, I really don't know what to do next.i don't know it will make a difference, but I've added a bag of active carbon to the filter,

What happened to its gill cover?

I need clear pictures of all the fish. Get someone else to take them if you can't get good shots but something is going wrong and needs sorting asap or you could lose them all.

I need a list of all the fish in that tank.

Did you add anything to the tank in the 2 weeks before this started?

Im having real bother with my camera sorry, I lost another black phantom this morning, looking at it I can't see anything wrong, all other fish are fine, I have red phantom tetras and they are okay, I added 4 of them and 6 panda corys 2 weeks ago and they are okay, no sign of anything wrong, I did another water test yesterday and everything is okay the only thing I added 2 weeks ago was interpet anti bacteria, and when I dose I always dose under, I'm very particular about this, I can't understand how this appears only to be affecting black phantom tetras., my Harlequin Rasboras are okay, my gourami is fine, and also my Neon Tetras, as I said I've added a bag of activated carbon yesterday, will just have to hope that everything settles down, the tetra that I lost today showed no sign of bloat.
