flag tail catfish

hi i have a 66g tank and ive been treating it for white spot was day
6 today when i came to look my flagtail catfish was upside could anyone give me some advice done a test on nitrites got no other test kits till 2morro and nitrites was
0.3 and temps at 80 done a big water change thanks

Do an immediate water change you have a nitrite reading this could be the problem.
