Hi all I am new to the forum two an would like to find out if any off you guys have heard off this food for cichlids but don't want to break n e rules an new to keeping cichlids and have found conflicting info on net thanks all need some info ie where are mine from can I upload picks here ??

Depends what species of cichlid you have but new era is very good food.

I'm a bit worried that your water isn't 'settled'; does this mean this is a brand new tank? Is it cycled?
