EMERGENCY! Dying fish. Bullied guppy. Need help

Should i be worried that fu is not eating. Hes still lying down but occasionly swimming at weird angles. He refuses to eat, usally he goes for the food like crazy. Should i be worried if hes not eating, does that mean hes sick?
Have you already gave us your tank parameters?

No he hasn't. And clearly the fish is unwell. He was beaten up and probably subjected to poor water quality. Of course he won't eat.
Well, we cant do much without that info...

I allready know my 3 gallon water

3 gallon tank:

Ph: 7.5

Temp: 28 degrees Celsius.

Ammonia, not sure. I would assume 0 or a small amount because the tank is cycled and i make sure theres no food or poo on the bottom.

Nitrite:0 Also not sure. I think 0 because of same as above.

Another thing is if my 3 gallon water was bad then wouldn't my betta and cherry shrimp be upset to?

My hospital tank paramiters:

Ph: 7

Ammonia: Not sure but probably 0 because of resons above.

Nitrite: 0, reasons above.

Temp: Not sure, just waiting for the thernomiter to catch up, ill tell you in a few mins when the thermonitwr has settled

Ok... You NEED (no options here) the API LIQUID (not strip) test kit. It will give you all the parameters and it is 25 bucks BUT its 800 tests worth so you should be good for a looong time. You cant guess on parameters ESPECIALLY things like ammonia and nitrates.

were do i buy the API liquid, theres no way on the planet earth my parents are gonna drive me to the LFS today, or next week. I cant go back until my tank is cycled and i can buy my fish for the 22 gallon. Is it possible to test is without test kits? Sorry i cant go. I wont be back there until next month.

Hey, @Obsessed with fish, we are on your side. We are here to help you and your fish. We want to help you be successful and have happy, thriving fish. I know you are probably feeling very discouraged with what’s going on with the guppy (his name is Fu right?) and very overwhelmed with all the new information, as well as excited to get your new tank all cycled and get yourself the fish you’ve been waiting for.

Get the API freshwater master test kit off Amazon, or have it shipped by Petco.

ok, i will order it. Yes his name is fu. I acctally had 2 guppies. 1 was kung and 1 was fu. When i got my 3 gallon i did not know what cycling was so thats probably how kung pased. The betta is not 3 and a half and he was my first fish. Fus about a year and a half old. The cheryy shrimp are about 6 month's old. I also have some shrimp fry in the tank, but samuri allways eats the fry, but not the shrimp. I will order the test kit, thankyou.

Kung and fu... Lol I love it! Also, as soon as you get it read the directions for how to test (each test has different instructions on what to do)... Btw, the only way to succecfully complete a cycle is to keep testing.

Fu's getting worse. He can barly flap his flippers and hes just lying on the floor. Hes breathing very quickly, is this normal. He cant falp his flippers as much.

Thanks! My bettas also called samurai and i call my cherry shrimp the scavenger ninjas.
I think the chances are very low Fu will make it, I’m sorry.
