Thought I'd share some pics of Dharma. She's our rescue bullmastiff and is approaching 3 years old, but came to us when she was 5 months old. Her old owners had bought her without thinking how big she'd get, and she came to us with no training, she didn't even know her "old" name. She's now pretty well trained, having completed obedience classes to a medium level, and I do clicker work with her at home. Saying that, she's got us well trained too!

Here are a series of pics of her:

I love bullmastiffs! well done on rescueing her, you should be very proud that you have given her a happy home :) the second and last pic are fantastic :good:

love mastiffs and she is absolutely gorgeous, what a beauty, love the washing up and sketeboard pics. wonder if cfc would let me get a mastiff? On a mission now.

Gorgeous dogs. I just love the mastiff. My mom back in South Africa has a dog, similar to a bullmastiff, called a Boerbull which is a South African breed. They are a bit larger, but pretty much the same. My moms is called Buffy, shes almost 6 years old now. My mom also rescued her from a really bad breeder who sold all their undernurished dogs at the fleamarket. Once my mom took her to the vet for all her checks and injections, they reported the breeders and they were closed down. She is such a softy, but unfortunately doesn't know her own strength. She rushes over for her love and just bowls you over. My kids loved her, but she was too loving for them (they're all small still, and she just knocks you over and half lies on you).

Love the skateboarding shots. She's a natural!! :good: And could the boxer look any more sorry!! Shame, really cute face too.

Thank you so much for your lovely post! I love Boerboels - I believe things are in the offing to get them bred over here if I remember right. Would most certainly love to meet one one day!

Ruby passed over a year and a half ago now from mammary cancer (she was used as a puppy maching by her previous owners and was spayed too late). We miss her every single day and I'd give my life to have her back and healthy. :-(

Sorry Kathy, I forgot this was your doggie in the Rainbow bridge post. She was beautiful. Thanks again for sharing your lovely girls with us. :D

Don't say sorry, I love showing her off even if she's not with us any more. It keeps her alive if you get me. Thank you so much for your lovely post.
