I am sorry for all that think the fish look so unwell, but I am quite amazed how much you "seem" to be able to tell from a not the most sharpest picture taken on a mobile phone.

second thoughts Maybe I'll ring nasa and say hey get rid of that old hubble telescope and i'll post them my phone :yahoo:

or maybe just fo a bit of research on your fish? :hyper:

Calm down...

Holy cow!

Fair enough these fish USUALLY kill each other but everyone knows that every now and then some things just work! It's like some one saying "you can't keep a jack rusell a rabbit and a cat together since the dog will kill them both" well guess what? it can be fine! a couple of years ago i had a hamster and a cat, the hamster would use the cat as a matress! the cat didnt kill it!

The guy just posted a pic! like he's said he's not a newbie wanting advice or some one who's just gone down their lfs and came back with these two fish! He's already said that they have been fine for over a year!!

And some people just make themselfs look even more retarded for taking the piss out of some one saying they are leaving for a while in the hope that the site gets better. It's absolutely pathetic to be honest and just shows how childish some people can be

Fair enough if it works, but collective experience of many keepers SUGGESTS that this MAY be asking for trouble - nobody can predict.

It's a shame that some people are so quick to get onto someone about a fish being too big for it's tank, or some fishes being incompatible etc. etc. ad nauseam. Just try to be a bit more diplomatic and a bit less dogmatic.

Is there any chance of a better quality picture of the tank and the individuals?

the thing with bettas, is that they can often work for a long time, then one day the male will just kill the female.

LOL, nice one! :p

Solution: GO GAY :p

mrbudgie, why dont you have all the females in the large tank, and have the males in their seperate tanks?

that'll work better :good:

You people are all STUPID!!! :grr:

Male bettas should be kept together otherwise they will get lonely! So I advise you to get rid of the female, preferably kill it by leaving it out of water in the sun, and then get like 5 other male bettas so they can form a school.

I actually fed a male betta to my African Clawed Frog recently, so I also advise you to buy a lot of bettas for feeders. You can keep them in really small cups, at the store I work at we keep them in tackle box containers filled with water. Bettas really shouldn't be in volumes of water over 1 gallon.

For that my friend.. You deserve a medal...

You have clown loaches in there too? oh, im sure they'll be fine...

Now I know why TFF doesn't have "The friendliest fish forum around" on it's banned anymore - because it's not what it used to be... Every time somebody posts anything that goes against somebody's believes, s/he gets shouted at and everybody jumps on the hate train... How uncivilized can you be?

space - rofl, CFC taught you well :p

I dont know what your all laughing at, i think hes got some sound points there.
