Could I Have Rams In My Aquarium?

Hi EVERYONE!
Yeah thought id ponder with my never ending questions ...
Hyperthetically speeking ... i was wondering if rams would be alright in my 5ft fish tank along with -
3 long nose elephant fish
7barbs,
5 neons
2 mollies
2 angles
5 little catfish and a big plec?

My partner asked me to find out because ... rams a beautiful.

a bolivian ram yes...but not a german.

sand is also recommended as they are earth eaters and filter sand through there gills and then pick out the food.

not really...if your experienced then yes...but they are very sensitive...i suggest reading up on bolivian rams
