Slightly off topic, but there's a good article in this month's PFK about breeding some of the smaller loricariids- peckoltia vittata and one other- now that would seem to me a lot more worthwhile. Easier to find good homes for- and you can get more money for them.

Have just reread that article- it was peckoltia vittata and peckoltia vittata! Two different L numbers but possible the same species or at least very similar. Nice-looking fish, I wouldn't mind having a go one day.
