Yes always be very alert, if you see any white spots seek additional help because I'm not sure if you should use 2 meds at once.

Actually you can see it well enough. If you look at the tail you can see where the tail is going away. And by the photo of the tank there is nothing that I would classify as sharp enough to cut a betta tail.

My goal is just to get clear pic with fully spread fins and the best way is to make him flare and shoot him while he shows off.

Makes sense. I was going to ask him to do the same thing but realized I could see it well enough. (But different people see things differently)
