That is looking nice Barney. Things are moving along nicely. I noticed on your earlier pics that your clowns were different colours. My replacement clown was also like this. He was almost a yellow. A couple of months on and he is the same colour as the original 'female'.

Good work :good:

Now that looks good Barney, really nice there. The unknown coral, if it's a softie, my guess would be a Rhodactis mushroom

Yeah the GSP grew from something about 3" square and ended up covering about half my nano :) The xenia was also from a small frag and has grown really quickly as well. I'm thinking of fragging a bit of my GPS and sticking it to the back of my tank to see if it will grow over the back wall.

Well I got a bit bored waiting for my lift earlier on so I decided to get the macro lens out and actually set the white balance on my camera properly :) The clowns unfortunately didnt want to pose today and my peppermint shrimp decided to only come out when I didnt have the camera pointing at them :)

My GSP is on a rock near the back of the tank. It has bridged the gap and is now growing in two places on the back wall. I'm going to let it carpet part of the back but don't want it all over in case in chokes the coralline. Also if it can jump gaps it would then start to spread to all the other rock and grow out of control!

Very pleased with it so far though.

Nice macro shots, we'll have to get one of those lenses.

Thanks all :) I have been away for a week so hoping not to come back to any problems. Thanks to seffie I now have a site that is selling the wrasses I was after there will be some new additions soon (probably next month when I can take a few days off for delivery). :)

Edit: Well just got home and other then a massive algae outbreak everything is ok. corals are growing really fast (can see the difference in just a week), surprising what better lighting can do for you. Some **** hit my car on the way home so need to sort out insurance and stuff so water change will have to wait till tomorrow (sadly enough he hit me outside my LFS which I had stopped in because "it was on the way home" (give or take 4 or 5 miles :) ) ).

Still need to find a home for my tropical fish so I can get my canister filter up here with some chemical filtration in.

Oh wow, amazing photos - look like they come straight out of a book.

Hope you are ok?

Can't wait to see close ups of the new additions :good: which ones you going to get, bet you got your eye on that Flasher in Rare Ocean, it looks gorgeous

Seffie x

thanks for the comments on the pic's :) Was pretty pleased with them.

Lol yeah it was the wrasses I was looking at mainly. So many on there though its hard to pick :)

Would love to get the mystery wrasse but a bit out of my budget at the moment (still very tempting though :) ). Think I might end up getting 3 carpenters flasher wrasses though (1 male, 2 females) when they have them in stock again. I saw these fish ages ago and have wanted them ever since :)

The flaming prawn goby looks amazing as well and I was tempted to set my nano up somewhere just to get one of these. It might be ok in the bigger tank as none of the fish I have (or plan to get) are that big but if its max size is half an inch it might be a little bit dodgy.

Think Im going to get a Yasha Goby and pistol shrimp pair as well :)

I think with what is in there, the three wrasses and the goby that will be pretty much it for this tank(at least in terms of fish). Later on I would love to get a mandarin but only if I can set up a decent enough fuge to keep it supplied with food. If not I might get another smaller goby of some sort.

If I get my car sorted this week I'm going to take a run up to STM and see what they have in stock. Havent been there before but its only an hour and a bit away and is apprently the best place in kent to get marine stuff from.
