thanks Jay, really appreciate that. Have added some moss to the wood today...got some 1-2 grow weeping moss, you get loads from 1 pot!! :hyper:

I've heard lots of good reviews about the 1-2 grow. Have you seen this scape that was done with 1-2 grow? Amazing :D
Also, apologies if I'm not meant to link to other places. Seems relevant... :)

yes, that's a great scape...Tropica are putting a lot of time and money into 1-2 Grow at the moment, they are also in the middle of a re brand. Mark Evans (aquascaper and friend) does tanks for them and his next tank is a 1-2 Grow and i went to see him yesterday. He has the full range to plant with and the hardscape is awesome! His tank will be one to watch, i'll get him to throw a few pics on here. :good:

Also got a sneak peak of the new fert range, they look ace! :good:

Fist proper trim done, it's taken me a good couple of hours this morning. The stems have been taken right down, the glosso has been hacked big time!

Purty tank makes me happy with all the green. :) I really do like seeing glosso. Underused now.

They promoted 1-2 grow at the last AGA convention. I'm sure they'll do more, as I think there are Tropica representatives going.

Thank LLJ, agree regarding the Glosso, a great little plant.

and Stu, yes it's the pump range, Tropica are doing some good stuff at the mo...

The tank is pearling like a good un tonight, i have ramped the C02 up a little and it's made a load of difference. Added some 1-2 grow moss in there as well, along with some Staurogyne to break up the Glosso a little. Heres a few pics

The Staurogyne appears to be settling well.

I'm liking the use of Purigen in my marine tanks. It really clears up the water well. *runs off to order more*

That is some serious pearling. I like pearling, I miss it.

thanks guys and girls...IMO you cannot beat Purigen as media, tis superb stuff.

Managed to get hold of some shrimp today that were labelled as Amanos...however, i'm sure you'll all agree that they aren't amanos. They're some weird and wacky colours. A couple are buried as well. Anyone ID them?? They look like Tigers to me???
