Is there any particular way to test the flow in my tank? I think my filter has a max. of 350L/Hr and it's a 28L tank - would this provide enough?

we normally say the filter needs to turn over 10x an hour. So yours should be enough, but you need to look for a gentle sway of the plants.
@ about 2 months...things are maturing well. Heres a couple of pics...
