Another Rescue

Hi,

Well i intended on getting a healthy betta to compare kyo's progress and i spotted a great looking red veil at my local garden centre, then in the next tank i saw this poor little thing who i have named yoshi, he was being eaten alive by about 20 platies and a dozen chinese algae eaters i got him on thursday and he had some whisps of tail left but now he looks like this.

I am treating him with Interpet anti fungus and fin rot and today he seems to have improved slightly, well he's not laid on the bottom any more and has started eating. I had an afternoon of tank swapping and now he has his own 2 gallon tank. His eyes were really sunken in but they seem to be returning to normal. Body wise he looks better than kyo but his fins are looking terrible.

update:

He died, he wasn't too good this morning and i just found him dead

At least he had 3 days of peace without being finished off by other fish

Yeah, at least he had 3 days of peace and quiet. Nice of you to try to help him. Sometimes we win and sometimes we don't but the effort is all worthwhile anyways.

Well least he had 3 days of piece and quiet without being ripped to pieces. I feel sorry for the lil dude being attacked by other fish. The people that worked at that garden center should learn how to take care of fish.
