Hi 'genesis,
This place is so naff that they don't give any guarantee's with any animal they sell, even with a water sample. I'll avoid going there for a while but i'm sure i'll see another one somewhere else. Every place around here seems to put bettas in community tanks with unsuitable fish, well except Viscum who have theirs in about an inch of water in a bowl equivalent to about 3 eggcups.
