Another Kitty

Well guess how the microchip came in extremely handy for one of my cats ?

Sushi (the one on my avatar that I sent to go and live with my mom in South Africa) got hit by a car. Luckily the person who did it, stopped to take him to the vets just down the road. They scanned him and came up with my address in the UK!! It had them puzzled at first, but then they realised it must be my mom's cat as we have quite an unusual surname and all our other pets are also registered there. Though Sushi hadn't long been in the country by then and not actually been registered at the practice yet.

So luckily they could get in touch with my mom straight away to authorise the extensive surgery he urgently needed to save his life that time.

Thanks - unfortunately exactly a year later he was hit again and died instantly that time (last April)

She's so cute. I had one like that when we still lived in South Africa. She was also that small when we got her. She was such a mommy's girl though. Slept under our covers with her head on my pillow and followed me around everywhere constantly. Even the toilet Congrats. What are you going to call her? She is so adorable.

she's called Lu-Li, don't ask why, it just suits her!

my other cats like that, loves coming the loo with me for some reason!! think Lu-Li will be too, she follows me round, mostly trying to hunt my fingers or toes though, who needs cat toys!

Oh, she's just precious! Kittens are probably the best baby animals in the world.

quite probably, she's now sat eyeing up her big sisters dinner (i've put it on the kitchen surface out of reach while she's playing out)....... she's been sat staring at it for about 15 mins now!
