Ammonia Peak

Just keep doing what you are doing with the pH.

You do not need to pull all the plants out to clean the substrate. If you have plastic plants you can lift them out and clean the substrate but live plants should be left alone and not pulled out.

Most Bettas are fine in community tanks especially when there is space and plants. If yours has been fine for a month then there shouldn't be any issues.

Ph lowering products are rubbish and that where they belong. What is this miracle product?

I had a female Betta that happily lived in a community tank with Hengeli Rasboras for over 6 months and then one day decided she didnt want or like tank mates and started to kill the Rasboras, Every Betta has a different personality, Its hit n miss with Bettas and tank mates.

I also think the OP has stocking issues, Hard water fish and soft water fish, Guppies need hard water and are some of the worst tank mates for Bettas because of their flashy tails.

Not to be rude but I created this thread in seek of help for ammonia, not to be told who can’t go with who, I’m already aware of the risks and don’t need to be told that I have stocking issues?.. I already stated I knew the complications and risks of having a betta in a community tank.

My PH is also stable af the PH I want it at after using this “miracle product”.

I’ve had all of my fish for a month now and I’ve lost one guppy, one ram due to ammonia but they weren’t eating from the beginning.

Please stay on topic or don’t post on my thread, thank you.

Asking all these questions is a way of determining whats wrong, The product you use to lower the PH could be important.

But

Ok good luck with your fish you will need it
