A Few Of My Tanks.

Thanks. I don't think I'm that good really. The puffer tank is pretty basic really, just wood, rocks to hold the wood down and shed loads of crypts, that, for some reason are thriving like never before.

This tank isn't on a timer any more, so some days the light doesn't even get switched on, and all the plants are doing better than in my other tanks. No algae of any kind what so ever. Not dosing ferts either which is another bonus, lol.

Just removed the spray bar from the filters outlet... Lol!! The extra flow is actually incredible. Top tip for anyone wanting to increase the flow from their filters. Less stuff in the tank too.

Look back to my old tank, then look at my tank now and tell me your not that good. You talked me through scaping, remember?? I owe what I know now to you, and TOS

I may try that with my filter, I am having a few water flow issues and my Koralia's are insanely too powerful.

You really are that good! Your just being your own worst critic, like most people would.

If you enter for TOTM, I hope I have some warning and can bow out that month

That tank will definately be a work in progress though. It needs some work doing to it and a lot of tidying up on the stand, so it may not be for a while that its up and running like it should be. No idea how to scape it, would like something different but unsure what. So, get suggesting...

Flower Power... The Flowerhorn has really settled in well, she is now out and about the majority of the time which is nice to see. Considering a 3ft grow out tank and may try her on black gravel too.

Been told she is a bog standard ZZ, but that's still nice. Who knows, maybe I will get a male too at some point and dabble in the breeding of them.

Yeah mine are great. They're much more at home now they're in the bigger tank with loads of hidey holes.
