How can the Green Bay Packers have zero pro Bowl players? Isn't it mandatory that every team is represented? Or is that just in baseball with the All Star Game? :dunno:
Would not be the first pro Bowl snub.

Steelers/Raven Saturday at 4:30...being shown on my local tv channel...I imagine the Ravens will have an easy time but I"ll enjoy watching Lamar Jackson and team display their prowess

Steelers/Ravens saturday at 4:30
This game is more important to the Steelers as they need to win this game and need Buffalo to lose in order for them to make the playoffs. Ravens on the other hand are already going to be first seed for the playoffs.
This changes the odds for this game. Now Steelers are seen as favored by 3 points to win the game due to top players of the Ravens sitting out this game to rest and avoid injuries.

SITTING OUT
Tyler Huntley is set to start in Jackson's place for Baltimore, and the Ravens have also ruled out receiver Odell Beckham Jr., cornerback Marlon Humphrey, guard Kevin Zeitler, linebacker Malik Harrison and defensive back Daryl Worley.

Smart move. No need to risk key players

Agreed but there is a downside as you then have players going into the divisional game that have not played in 2 weeks due to the bye...
True. That happened to the Ravens in 2019. Lost to the Titans after Lamar Jackson hadn’t played for two weeks.

Ahhh, Just as it should be for a late season game between teams in the AFC North, wet, sloppy and tied at the half. :)

Well the Steelers won but still need some help to reach the playoffs. Ravens would have probably have one if playing all their starters.

I look forward to Sunday's game between Cleveland and Cinci. I'm sure that Flacco won't play and I want to see more of DTR (Robinson) as the QB.

Cleveland has a problem at QB. There is Watson with an off the wall promised salary. Then there is Flacco that is pretty cheap yet seems to fit the offense better. Then there is the rookie DTR (Robinson). Personally I think tat the Browns are going to blow the QB thing again. I think, next year, they will end up with Watson as the starter with Flacco as backup. From the limited chances he has had DTR has shown the potential to be a true franchise QB but I doubt he will be given a true chance. Cleveland is just bad at choosing QBs. Shoot, they have passed at least twice in recent years as to drafting a QB that is now considered top level including Mahomes and Allen.

The Miami Bills game is not just a football game..its' a WAR. Lots of injuries in this game.
Rooting for Bills so they can play the Steelers next week.

And Browns at Texans.

Ya know... Part of me would like to see the bye go bye bye.

Forget how thing are and just go with the top two teams in each division going to the playoffs. Seriously there are teams that don't make the playoffs that have better records than teams that do make it.

OK, the above puts 8 teams from each conference in the playoffs which is why the 'bye week' would have to go away. Possibly it would even be better to forget about division leaders and just go with the 8 teams with the best records. I mean really... several years ago I think it was Seattle that actually made the playoffs with a losing record. :dunno: This just should not happen.

If you want to watch dolphins steelers game on saturday night
