i supppose its not really a question of trust more of nessacity.

its their dodgy work in the first place.

yeah i get you but sometimes if someone does something wrong or bad you are very reluctant to use them again. i suppose like you said its up to them to fix it and you shouldn't have to pay for someone else to fix something thats all payed for and brand new!

they used a mad pipe size which i cant get

they are coming at 3pm

so hopefully by tomorow the tank will be running at full power and i can get it clear

why what size is the pipe?
well hope all goes well and after today you shouldn't have to worry about pipes and leaks any more! do you think it will clear up quite quickly once its working fully? with sand i find it always takes a bit longer to clear than gravel anyway.
