yeah for the seal to cure they said 14 days would be fine but other stuff i have read says 1 day per mm of glass and this tank is 19mm which was a result as i only paid for 18mm but they said they would prefure to use 19mm

i put the weirs like that for a few reasons

1 to make the base safer
2 to give fish somewhere to get out of the way if the want

i will put a fag packet in tomorrow so you can get some idea of size

i dont mess about mate i started this project on the 20th jan less than 1 month later and the tanks in

and i even had to get a place made to put the tank in

how tall is the tank again?
i bet that looks brilliant, i have an idea of how high the shed would be so you'd walk in and the tank would be right in your line of sight, brilliant.
makes you wonder how the guys got in there to seal it! you just having glass sliders on the top and the light directly above it?

tank is 35 tall

i had to chop it down 1 inch as they put 2 inch of styrofoam

it will make more sence the way i planned it out once you see the UVs and HMA filter

won't both the uv's and the hms be under the stand, or to one side, close to the sump?
am i right in thinking, from what i can see, the wiers are actually on the ends of the tank as opposed to the corners or the back? i think thats a better idea.

it will be 4 x 25w UVs and they wont be under the tank they will have their own cupboard

then you will have a front control board for the aquatronica and temostates which will look very high tech

i brought my sofa today and flooring the floor will be heated of course

when is the sump due to be constructed / put in?
once thats in and all the equipment starts going in things should start coming together, would like to see the whole set up close up, maybe i will have to wait until its time for me to build a monster tank to do that! unless i'm ever passing your area, which is extremely doubtful!!

sump was in the same day as the tank and all the pipe work
