The lps around my area just dont have what im looking for anymore. Can i get some suggestions on the best site to buy fish and plants. Ive never purchased anything online and just want to make sure its a site that ppl have used and are happy with b4 I choose one to go with.. Thanks, Kurka

I took these right after feeding blood worms so they were acting to crazy to get any good pics but I have changed the tank so many times and never really get pics each time so figured i would while it was on my mind

Yay congrats!!! its dif w every fish i think!! i used to put them back in the main tank at the 10 hour point bc i read somewhere that is when they get really hungry and start eating them all. I let them have them in the tank now cause I had to many babies!!! Good Luck!!

I had a platy that seemed to have a few fry every couple of days... maybe its like that or prob the move made her have a few early. but if shes not shinny then u prob gonna have some more!! yay for babies lol

my swordtail has jumped twice out of the breeding traps so what i did is bought a divider and used about 25% of my 30 gal tank to use for the fry and made it fry friendly, just put her in there when i thought she gonna have um and put her back in the other side of the tank after. i want to say...

Yea I think for now on im going to just let them have them in the tank. No I dont plan on keeping them all I have plans for most of them :D

so i have read they can abort their pregnacy, does stuff still come out or do they just not have them? I think for now on im just gonna let them have the fry in the tank. I guess its to late to really kno y or how to prevent it. :( but at least i got maybe 15 :blush:

:crazy: my swordtail gave birth this morning, this is the thing. its been 3 mths since she last had babies and has been lookin very prego for bout 2 mths. I noticed the dark thing under her belly was a lot bigger and put her in the birthing net. This morning she was having them and 4 out of 5...

I hope im puttin this in the right place :) Im new on here, I first got into fish about 4 years ago but didnt really know what i was gettin myself into and killed a bunch of them :( but now, I at least kno the basics and have my tank all set up how i want it :) Im still always scratchin my head...
