Hi thanks for the help on this one, the tank its self does not have algea on it, it takes aobut 2 weeks for a "thin" layer to go on teh tank which cleans of easy, the rocks dont seem to be covered, just the angel fish .. . grr.... dont know what ot do know the rtbs seems to be being chased...

Are you sure it is the nitrites and not nitrates?
