Hi Guys I am following this thread now as there are around 20 babies following mum around. What a great suprise! I have done a search on this forum and it seems some recommend removing the parents and babies and some reccomend just the babies. What to do? Regards David

:crazy: That's really annoying for you, sorry to hear that. In the UK play sand is about 5 GBP and sand from the Aquarium center is 11 to 13 GBP. I guessed there was a difference. It can't all be profit. I use the Aquarium shops sand, washed once as no scum, dirt etc came off at all :whistle...

Hi, I have had a small drop of yeast mixture go back into the tank - Yes I had no safety feature to stop it; I am foolish :S My question: The water is slightly cloudly, I have added 'filter aid', the fish seem fine. Has anyone else had this happen ? If so what did you do ? TIA

Update: Purchased some Bactozym tablets (benifical bacteria), active carbon and filter aid this morning. Put the tablets in the filters together with the carbon. Added filter aid. (noticed it even says on the pack 'to clear white clouding caused by bacterial blooms') No water change. No food. By...
