My angels (4) can't seem to get enough food I feed them flake food twice a day once in morning then at night.

They eat and eat and can't seem to get enough.

I also put sinking food in the tank for my cories and the angels also eat that.

Is this normal for angels.

They don't seem to ever get enough.

Opinion please

thanks

It's normal for mine. Mine seem to be real piggies.

Every time I open the tank lid, they form the "lineup" at the top. I honestly think that if they could, they would eat until they exploded. :)

Yeah, they are just greedy. Mine are the same, my black one literally jumps out of the water to get to food as I'm putting it in!

You shouldn't feed them too much just because they eat it. They will eat as long as food is there IMO

Yes, this is absolutely normal. As stated by Bol these fish truly are pigish. They seem to have two states, they either eat everything in sight or they dont eat at all. Just feed them as you would any other fish and dont feel like you have to feed them more just because they want it.

Ours are also pigs. We can't even walk by the tank and they all go up to the top and beg for food. We feed ours once a day, in the evening.

Yep .. just very pretty aqua-pigs. Ours eat the catfish pellets as they sink.

Mine do all of the above, including eating off the bottom! My poor cories hardly have a chance. Once my 29 gallon is cycled, the cories are going in there with some less pig-like fish. I'd like to add that the rainbows are nearly as piggish as the angels, so you can imagine the feeding frenzy in my tank! The only thing I haven't seen the rainbows do is jump part way out of the water for the food.
