I have 2 platies that are sick :-( One has anchor worm. The other has might have cotton mouth. Her mouth looks white and cottonish, but there is a thin white string coming from it. What can I do to help them? They are both very pregnant and I don't want to hurt the fry.

At least you did reply. They haven't had them yet. Dutchess is getting so huge. They are both hiding, and I usually have to place food near them or they'd miss feeding times. They are eating though.

So over all the answer would be no swordtails or mollies?

They look pregnant. The one hiding seemed like she had a round tummy. First pic bottom platy has a kind of squared look to her stomach.

20x11x12 are the dimensions of my 10 gallon tank. I live in IL in the US. My LFS have refused to take the fry. I have to ask them if they can order something for me. With the dimensions can you better guess what can go in there?

I think it'd be okay to put all of it in there, just take out what the fish hasn't eaten. If she has her fry, she'll be really hungry afterwards which puts the fry at risk. Is the breeder trap roomy enough? She might get too stressed being in there for a long time.
