Well in my five years with a tank this is the first time this has happened to me. I don't know if anything is up with my water parameters. My angel recently got some fin rot (which cleared up with no probs) so I took a water sample to the lfs and we tested it together and everything was fine...

Well if anybody is readin I put a blanket over the tank to give him privacy. I peeked in about 15 min later and he had eaten and he is basking! :hyper: Eating before basking is great it aids digestion and helps with their vitamin absorbtion :good:

I hate to say this but I feel sorry for your fish. They are not meant to be used for experiments.

Sorry my bad I wasn't paying attention to tank size. :blush: But they do grow every very slow. Mine have grown maybe an inch in 3-4 years!! I just love them though, they are always playing it's very cute. If my pleco attaches to the side of the tank they enjoy doing circles around him. :lol:

You tank looks great to me :good: I agree that adding a backround would be a good idea. Also you should pick up at least two more clown loaches. They are very fun to watch in groups :D

Hi Everyone!I live in ontario and I dont really agree with the ban.I think they should start promoting more responsible pet ownership because that is definatly the bigger problem.Especially with pitbulls,I find I see so many kids with them and they just seem like more of a symbol than anything...

Ok I have an aquaclear which runs really smooth but it does put bubbles at the top.Maybe I am just being paranoid but their gills seem to be moving hard and it looks like they are gasping all the time. :unsure:
