    The easiest way to get a sure fire pair is to buy anywhere from 6-10 and let them naturally pair off on their own. I have found this to be the best way to pair up fish, especially with cichlids. I hoped this helped a little :good:

    We had a trade-in at the aquarium I work at not to long ago. It was a 3 maybe 3 1/2 inch betta. It was stunning!! I dont know how big your palm is, but they can grow pretty big. I was more stunned about how fat he was :crazy:.
