Also just because your white spots ( im assuming ich) are gone does not mean that it is gone! They detach and multiply send spores so to say and will re attach. With more fish in your tanks the odds of re attaching are higher and you will have a much larger problem. A water change can help this...

They are just shy fish/ nocturnal. No biggie, you can invest in a moonlight if you would like. as far as i know this just makes your fish believe it is dark, but allows you to view them:D

The stingray might have broken some bones? I dont really know, havent experienced a lot of fish injuries. How long have you had the fish in the first place?

My guess is that more than likely the sting ray ruptured its air sacks. From my knowledge it doesnt really hurt the fish to stay alive just has movement problems( swimming upside down)

If you get one make sure you get a water stopper. Not sure on exact name but if you air pump stops/ turns off it can actually act like a vacuum and suck out all of your water onto the floor. Its about 3 dollars and prevents this from happening.

I have heard it is way to fine, and anything in your tank that moves near the bottom will kick it up and make a mess.

No problem,if you get jewels try to get the other cichlids bigger than them, they tend to be nasty fish that hold there own in any tough enviroment. We had 2 with a large duboise and a very large texas and the jewel still pushed them around.

Most cichlids tear apart plants, right now I have a tank with 3 convicts, 3texas cichlids, a red terror, 4 jewel fish, and a pike(not sure exactly on the kind). All in all it is a very happy aquarium, the jewels rule as of now( pike is getting up in size), and maybe 3 fish show signs of nipping...

Angels sound great! They will have to make residence with my parrot(hybrid) fish, but thats ok they never bite fish they just kinda. . . uh push them around literally. lol
