Bad idea, Unless you want all your fish dead! Puffer fish are very aggressive , so they are best on there own or in a species tank. I Would try Amano Shrimp?

Really nice fish aswell,Shame they do become aggressive, I wanted a red tailed shark but not good with other tankmates. Do you think he became aggressive because he was on his own,and not with more of his own specie Wolf?

Went to my LFS and was just looking around at the tanks and notice a gorgeous blue male betta, but also in the tank must of been 100 guppies. Surely they would just destroy the bettas fins? But he looked fine,not sure how long he'd been in there for but felt really sorry for him!

Female or Male , I would split the two up! Have you got a divider? Or seperate breeding box? Just get them apart asap.If you dont intend to keep this male, i personally would ring up your LFS saying they must take it back.

Bloke in my LFS said that Gourami's and Betta will be ok together, Because there from the same family and Aslong as you have plenty of plantation , The Gouramis will just stay in there? :unsure:

Ive got the Test Kit (eSHa AQUA quick TEST) And cant seem to find the ammonia reading on the test tube, Only PH,NO2(Nitrite)NO3(Nitrate) KH and GH/TH. Any of the last few mean Ammonia? Sorry if i'm being thick.

If you have Ammonia and Nitire levels above 0, how do you lower them when fish are already in your tank? Sorry for hi-jacking your thread GRJ :)
