i have 5 weather loaches and have no problem with them and it doesnt have to be sand as i have pebbles and still bury themselve under but can be pain in the A--- when the weed is brought up but do put weed is different place when putting it back and yr orginments move or knock over i just leave...

i know Tiger Shark grow at good lengh cfc and i only have 2 and they are about same size as your middle finger ( just giving u the idea of how big) not givin u the middle finger :D and both is doing good thank :)

well i saw some same size as an adult little finger and little bit smaller as only baby so am gutted as love the colour of clown loaches too so on the bright side am happy with cory loaches :)

well today been to garden centre to look around and didnt get clown loaches after all , but got Cory fishs as they scavenge bottam too purchase 3 so good addition and good size too nothing worry about :thumbs:

thank sarah at the moment he is nursing a sore front left leg as took to vet to be sure nothing broken as didnt why he is limping so took vet turn out he been in a cat fight :/ :S but he doin fine plenty sleep and keep him in sure be better :)

i have 5 loaches and to me they are very useful to clean inside of any orgaments for trap foods where big fishs cant reach and my loaches hide behind my powerhead to rest or in my cannons and caves and so far none of my weed havent been brought up so i advise once u purchase the loach and few...

get some algae wafer for the hillstream to feed on and it be fine with the goldies :) but be sure the hillstream find the wafer as i have found that goldies like eat wafer but not too much.... just keep an eyes on the feeding

i like the pebbles i saw some at blagdon water garden centre, for some reason i like it but no where to put it ........ may i suggest as u mention getting background why not go for black background as it may blend in well with the pebbles and once the light on am sure it will look great when...
