    Tiger Barb Behavior

agree with The Wolf, also when tiger barbs "sleep" they act in a similar way bye pointing downwards and staying in one place. you may be seeing that at times, but again i wouldnt worry about him, tiger barbs are absolute troopers.

    Tiger Barb Bullies

a little side note for you, iv kept many different combination of green/regular tiger barbs. and while yes they are the same fish, i believe that for whatever reason (captive breeding maby) that the current generations of green and regular tiger barbs are not compatible in the sense that u cant...

    Red + Blue

i read somewhere that when a tank has many small air bubbles like urs the bubbles can get caught in a fish when say the are feeding or what not, does that have any truth to it?

    Rocket Gar

wow i would have figured that the gar would be at least able to defend itself, but i will definitely watch for that though. the Leporinus Fasciatus is pretty well behaved, a bit of a control freak, he and the pictus cat have territory battles all the time.

for a long time my tank has had the rong type of fish in it, the only reason my tiger barbs are still alive is because there are 9 of them, so i was thinking of makeing things right and going in the direction of more aggressive fish. my thought was purchasing a rocket gar after getting rid of...

    Poorly Pictus (s)

i have kept multiple pictus before and iv never had a problem, i am tempted to say that it is your plecos attacking them dues to the size difference, but i have never kept a pleco so that may be incorrect, but picus are a bottom fish and so are plecs, and in a tank that size your gonna run out...
