too much light causes algae, how long are you having the tank lights on for? and is the tank near a window?

Is your axolotl in a tropical tank? They should be kept in cooler water 18 - 20 degrees, which is not warm enough for tropical fish.

Raising the temp to 82 will help to kill the whitespot but you will still need to treat the fish.

I personally wouldnt add mollies to a biorb, i would stick with smaller fish. Maybe guppies or some more tetras.

there are comets, ghost koi, normal koi, mirror carp in the pond, but the fancy is bigger than them all.

Not when they are small. There is a tiny amount of salt in the water.

I keep a green spotted puffer in a community tank, with no problems at all.

It is at the discretion of the lfs whether or not to let you return an unwanted fish. At the one I work at if we have tank space we will take the fish.

hi there, good choice of filter, my only concern is that a 204 is not big enough for a 4ft tank. i would recomend a 304.

do you mean tropical quartet? if so it is bloodworm, daphnia, brineshrimp and white mosquito larvae.

stop doing water changes, and stop feeding your fish for a few days. once they stop producing waste your nitrites should drop.

those fish are lovely, how big is your pond?

i would use a salt solution to clean the tank, not bleach, then rinse well.

black neons get to about 1.5".

not really convinced, i work at the lfs and my hands are in water 90% of the time. they look fine to me.

i use tonic salt in my tank, not seasalt . And only a small amount because my puffer is in a community tank.
