the water goes foggy for a few hours anyway with wormer plus might be spelt camellanus not sure,normal parasite meds didnt work for mine either.it is classed as endo-parasite i think ie internal.mine are all doing fine now i found some advertised on ebay.but it took 2 full doses to clear it melanie

its called wormer plus.not sure what you can get in the US.basically the worm feeds off the intestines you cannot pull them out as they attach to the intestines,do a search for camelanus on this forum or on the net for full details melanie ps it is contagious

hi, it sounds like the same thing mine has i think it was called camelanus or something similar,i bought worming powder and it has cleared up now.try doing a search on here for it melanie :)

if its a snail,you can crack the shell and most fish will eat them. mel :)

hi, i have noticed this with both my guppy and molly fry,now im still a beginner but.... it could be that the smaller fry are male??? the gonopodium (sp) seems to be developing on my 2 month fry now and this is happening on the smaller fry so therefore im presuming them to be male,hope this...

hi, i got a twin breeder and netted the 1st batch into there,you can also get airflow ones,they are only good for a small period of time though.all batch's now are left to nature.im not sure about your tank conditions sorry :( good luck melanie

Thanks for the reply, it basically is a very pale pink blob it doesnt look like a worm or anything just very odd and too small for a photo.But her tummy looks to have shrunk upwards,i have just treat my tank for anal worms using wormer plus,could it be knock on effects from this? melanie
