If you clean it every day, do 50%, but do 100% every3 days.

A 1 gallon is perfectly fine for permadent basis, although the 5 gallon is indeed better, a 1 gallon is the minimum and works just fine. Their is no need to go out and buy a 5 gallon for every fish that comes in. I would personally go without a filter unless you can find one with a VERY VERY...

1.5 gallons is actually a good size. As long as the betta gets regular water changes and his happy and healthy, then all is good. 1 gallon minimum is recomended, so this works just great! He looks very healthy and appears to be swimming around. For ct rays, they look great! If his tank water...

Thankyou you guys. People need to stop saying their "oh m g, i am better because i liek bigger tanks" crap. I have a 2.5 gallon dividedinto 3 for my breeders, which gives them oh rougly .85 gallons each! Almost a gallon, it works, its perfect, i do water changes every 2 days, i feed them good...
