Sick golden panchax????

Hi pretty new to the aquarium hobby I have a golden panchax in a 70 litre tank parameters are all fine he has started forming a white kinda stuff on the top of his body he’s still acting normal just wondering if it’s anything to worry about can upload pic if needed

Probably poor water quality. Check ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH of water.

Post pictures of the fish.

Fish have a thin layer of clear mucous over their body and fins. When they are stressed out they produce more mucous and it can appear as cream or white patches/ film over their body.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week and see if t helps.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

That’s what he was looking like the other day put some fungus and fin rot remedy in there and done 25% water change can see it already clearing up
