Sick Betta. Will he fully recover?

I am retired and home 99% of the time.. The tank is right next to me.. "They Play Nice"

I'm not sure if I'm correct on this but I remember reading ages ago that while many tetras are peaceful some are not. That is a known thing and nothing new. For instance, while many think they are cichlids, piranhas are actually in the tetra family and I don't think they can be called peaceful.

The point is that according to the old article some of the aggressive tetras tend to be more aggressive at night so you may not see it.
