Good luck that does look like a tumor-doesnt necessarily mean it will outrightly kill the fish...just looks so uncomfortable 
as for his bloating, yes he is a bit fat in the tummy. cut back feeding to every other day and try to feed him some cooked de-shelled mashed up pea and then fast him for a day or two. see if his bloating goes down.
