I'm only new to this. But I keep logging on to get my answers and am already considering a new tank when I get the money. Think I might be slightly addicted.lol

Not that it's a bad thing BTW.....LOL

when you decide to build tanks for a living... i think we all need to go to A.A.(aquariusts anomonist)

lol! This made me laugh. Yeah, you're right... Why don't you guys visit the AA (haha).. Anyway, fish keeping is a great hobby, but are you interested going on to a real fishing?

Robby - EXACTLY. (Or at least when you plan your vacation around who's going to be there to feed the fish, and when your latest bunch of fry will be old enough to live on three feeds a week.)

When there is more fish food than bread in your freezer.

When the fish food you use is so expensive that all the fish food put together costs more than the food put together in your freezer. (A bit of an exaggeration... but not much... bloody NLS)

When you deliberately forget things when shopping so you'll have to return the day the LFS gets a new shipment. (I do that. All the time.)

LOL good idea. writes it down~

i remember one time i was on vacation and was picking up some snacks at walmart, and just had to take a trip through the fish isle. and just had to buy this new castle i saw. was blue and purple and about 30$. felt like such a nerd bringing home goodies for my fish from vacation lol

when you start buying fish in grams from back of a pub

When, like me, you hesitate to move fish around because there is a club meeting today and you don't know what you might see and want. I have 2 empty cycled tanks that I would like to fill from existing tanks but don't know what I might see at the club meeting tonight. After the club meeting, if I still have space, I really want to move my Goodea gracilis to the new 20 gallon tank.

I had 3 goldfish on a fish in cycle for about 4 days while trying to rehome them to a pond. Called in sick from work for all four days to check water and call round looking for homes :) Bless them
