Xbox 360

Well it is played almost every spare minute of each day. with a family this size they are playing it constantly.. we now have 2 just to keep em all occupied lol.

Mind you i have had th enew 360 for 3 days now and its not even been taken out of its boxy... PS3 is hogging the HD tv at the moment

can i come and live at your house :D

We got a 360 a couple of weeks back - cashed in on people selling them on ebay to get a PS3 :)

currently sat playing Oblivion with the wife :)

(still working on the HD TV though)

Yeah it looks sweet.

However, all its components are available tyo exsisting 360 owners so we wont have to go and purchase a new machine. 120gb drive is tempting though so when its available in the UK i will want that as an add on to my 360

How would I transfer all the data from my 80gb to a 120 though? That's what i worry about. I don't want to lose my save games!

Guitar hero 2 out on friday. Apparently it has pedal support, even though no pedal is available yet

80gig??

I do it in the same way you did when you moved up from the standard 20gig :)
(how did you do it just out of curiosity - or is it a typo?)

I know there are kits out there that allow you to plug the HD into a PC and backup everything - Once i start paying for content from xbox live - I'll be wanting to back it all up :)

Can you download stuff you've paid for more than once??

I have a friend who uses a laptop hardrive on his 360. not sure how he has done it but it works.

20 gig is the only official Hd available so far but when the stand alone 120gig Hdds are available they say it will come with cables to allow it to port the info across.
And yes, you can download items you have paid for before onto a new drive. Just be aware that the stuff is still available.

I meant 20. I must be losing my mind.

It's good to know I'll be able to transfer all the stuff, I bought a game off microsoft arcade for the first time this week (Castlevania - SOTN).

I'm looking to get one of the Sata USB adapters so i can connect the drive up to my lappy and back it up :)

Oh and dont delete Hexic... Its a bugger to try and get it back (no live download option)
