I know that this forum has been subject to a great deal of information about bad LFS, but I really wanted to commend java-plants.com. They sent my order of plants to my billing address, as opposed to my delivery address by mistake. However they admitted their mistake straight away and sent me a new batch without even requesting that I get the first batch back to them. (I live 300 miles away from my billing address)

It was so nice to have that level of Customer Service!

I have used them and found their plants to be good but their service not and I was (and still am) not impressed by all the creatures that have come into my tank from their plants. I had no confirmation of the order and did not have a clue when it was due to arrive, other than being told by someone else (a member of TFF) when they usually send them out.

No, I've had superb service from them too. Any critters that come over with my plants I consider a blessing as biological diversity is good.... mmmokayyy

i rinse my plants twice and i have had no snails (from jave). untill i got some fish bout 4 weeks later and i put there water in my tank by mistake and now i have ramshorn snails!!!!
any tips of getting rid of them? the cucumber doesnt work, fishing em out by hand isnt working becasue i got 10out the other day and i came back another hour later and there was 3 more on the glass!
