Woodpigeons - Kissing (And more!)

I was quite puzzled to see two woodpigeons sitting just a few feet outside my window "kissing" I think the word is "necking".

They continued like this for a few minutes...

Felt a bit dodgy taking the last one to be honest but otherwise no one would believe me and would just say it was feeding a young one... they're still outside my window, and I think I saw them building a nest in the next door garden. They have already reared 1 young this year already though! Quite prolific!
