Will My Dwarf Gouramis Kill My Minnows?

I have a semi aquatic tank, with a school of small white cloud minnows, and i would like to add a dwarf gourami, but will he torment and kill the minnows?

Aren't cloud minnows cool water fish? In that case they are not compatible with dwarfs as these need 24 - 26 degrees. You don't have to be afraid that they will eat or harrass them though.

i have dwarf and reg gourami mixed with tetras and white clouds and all is fine

they are cool water fish but they are tolerable to warmer temps, atleast mine are, they arent dead yet and ive had them forever

White clouds are incredibly adaptable fish so will survive even in the 78 deg F - 80 deg F dwarf gouramies prefer. However, this does decrease their lifespan and can make them a little more susceptible to diseases.

My real concern would be the volume of water we're talking about and whether or not you have proper filtration considering you're calling it only 'semi'-aquatic.

Provided the tank's large enough for all the minnows (how many do you have) and one dwarf and is quite well planted and filtered, it would be fine.

I have a good filter, dont worry. I do all my reading and searching before I buy anything. there is about 15 - 20 gallons of water
