Which Powerhead? Also Pic Of Tank

cant decide which would be best the SEIO PUMP/POWERHEAD 820 - 3200LPH or the POWERHEAD 620 - 2400LPH
maybe 2 off either? ok now i got 2 eyes open lol realised put same 1 twice neeed sleep lol

maxijet 600 powerhead 2x

fine coral under live sand

hope to keep in future soft corals fish etc
seaclone 100 skimmer ---- that is working fine at the moment so upgrade can wait lol till flow sorted
oh and external filter teratec ex 700 now hosting rowaphos/activated carbon and filter wool
