Where Do You Keep Your Corys?

Hi jennybugs, :)

My, you have a lot of cats! It's fun watching them amuse themselves watching the fish. I have a cat that likes my fish too. Pandora grew up with the tanks and loves the water. She won't drink from a bowl of water, only from the tanks. Here's a picture of her playing:

One night a cory swam up and nibbled on her toe and she jumped up and ran across the room!

I did some rearranging yesterday and switched the brochis from their quarantine tank to the 29 gallon high bathroom tank. I moved the young bronze C. aeneus to other tanks. They seem to have settled in already and are more active now that they have the room to swim.

Here's a view from the side:

Since that left me with the kitchen 10 gallon free, I moved the blacks there. Who knows, but they might get inspired to give me some eggs. That's always been a lucky spot for spawning.

Here they are as I was moving them:

Your tanks are nice too, ICEEGRL! I especially like the one with the long finned albinos. You can do a lot with a 10 gallon tank if you put your mind to it. :D

I can't see the pics at work here so I'll have a look at home later :D

I have 4 cats and 7 tanks...says alot about my addictive personality don't you think?

You guys have such gorgeous tanks!

Jennybug: What Corys do you have?

ICG: When do you find time to do all that gardening?????

I just throw stuff in and let it do it's thing.

This is the 55g in the livingroom. The couch is between this one and the 29g. You can see the 2 20g long tanks in front of it. The other 55g is on the other side of the room in the floor waiting for me to find a place for it too. (I am building stands so I can stack them.)

I love the gardening... I usually do it in the middle of the night when everyone else is asleep. I don't sleep well. That is part of why I am usually on here in the middle of the night every night...

jennybugs... That is the 15g bowfront tank. I bought it from the buy sell section on this site. It was Shay's birthday present last year. She is 4. It was decorated by her. She is good isn't she? She does most all of the up keep too. I only do what she is too small to do. (carry buckets, handle chemicals, reach the bottom...) She tells me what she wants done and when. I help her, but she makes all the decisions with her tank. She is better than me with plants and scaping a tank. I have started asking her what I should do with mine.

:friends:

Looks like you are opening an lfs, ICG!

  :p

I just figured out that I can take about 1/6th of my rent off my taxes when I get the fish room. The rent will increase about $120 a month, but I suppose I can take about $150 a month off. :D

Inchworm has to share how she spawns her blacks.
