whats happened to my fantail

what is it can anyone help its like a 2 mm white bubble i didnt buy him like it ive had him for 3 or 4 weeks now does anyone know

Well Wilder didn't ask this time so I will - what are your water params? Exact readings for ammonia, nitrIte and nitrAte. Also, what size tank is this, how big is the fish, what other tankmates does it have, did you quarantine it, are you sure it's a fantail and do you have a picture of the 'bubble'?
