Hey, ive been hoping to start yet another tank and want to put in South American Cichlids. The tank would hopefully be a 120 gal. The species i rly like so far are earth eaters, jack dempsys, firemouths, severums. also id like a graop odf columbian sharks and silver dollars

So what would you do?

columbian sharks are brackish water and wouldn't work with your other fish

Dimensions would be important to know, is it a standard 4x2x2 ?

As said Colombian shark cats are out of the question due to them needing marine conditions once they mature,
JDs also tend to be a little more aggressive than your other preferred species so I wouldn't be inclined to include them as your likely see problems in the future.

I would go for something like a pair or trio of Geophagus surinamensis, a shoal of silver dollars and then possibly a Severum or Firemouth
